Who operates this site

This website is operated under the name Noraviq. This page explains how information is handled when you visit the site or send us an enquiry.

Information you submit

The Request a Quote form and guided inquiry assistant ask for your name, business name, email address, project type, and a description of your project. Business name is optional in the assistant.

You choose what to include in the description. Please leave out passwords, account numbers, customer data, and other sensitive information.

The inquiry assistant

The assistant is a guided form, not a live chat or AI service. It stores a session-only greeting preference in your browser so the greeting is not shown repeatedly during that browser session. Your answers remain in the form until you submit your enquiry.

How enquiries are used and sent

We use enquiry details to review and respond to your request. When you submit the form, the site sends the details you provided to our contact endpoint, which delivers them by email using Resend. The submission includes your contact details, selected project type, and description. Resend and the email service receiving the message process it to deliver and store that email.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may process request information to operate and secure the site. Its handling is described in Vercel's privacy notice.

The application reads the request IP address when you submit an enquiry to apply a temporary, best-effort rate limit. It does not include the address in the enquiry email. The hosting provider may separately process request information as part of its services.

Analytics and browser storage

When Vercel Web Analytics is enabled for a deployment, it measures page views and reports aggregate site usage. Vercel says its analytics does not use cookies and may process information such as page URLs, referrers, approximate location, browser, operating system, and device type. The assistant uses session storage for its greeting preference, as described above. This is browser storage, not a cookie. The site does not set advertising cookies.

Retention and privacy requests

Enquiry emails may remain in Noraviq's email and service provider systems. No fixed retention period is stated here.

To ask about information related to an enquiry, request a copy, or request deletion, email Noraviq at adam@noraviq.com. Requests are subject to review. Information can be addressed in systems Noraviq controls; service providers may retain their own copies under their terms and retention practices.
